Relax, explore and unwind in this large, cosy apartment on our organic farm, in the foothills of the Serra da Gardunha mountains. Spend the day kayaking, walking or cycling in the mountains, enjoying the largest spa in Portugal (20 mins), & exploring historic villages and cities, then come home to relax in a hammock in the orchard, soak up views from the bath, or chillout to vintage vinyl. We live on site, but the apartment is totally private, being the whole upper floor & with own entrance.

A balcony features a small round table and four elegant white chairs, providing a comfortable space to relax. Scenic views of the River Dão and surrounding greenery are visible, with distant homes nestled among the landscape under a bright sky.

There is a swimming pool right next door with its own restaurant. Comfortably sleeps 7 guests across 3 bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms. Ideal for large groups, such as wedding parties and large families. Everything you need is located within walking distance: large outdoor and indoor swimming pool (100m walk), cafes, excellent restaurants, and supermarkets.

A harmonious bedroom features a spacious bed dressed in soft linens. Wooden accent walls complement the overall design, while a cozy area rug adds warmth. Natural light filters through sheer curtains, and a private balcony can be seen in the background, enhancing the inviting atmosphere.

Aires Orchard is boutique 3 double bedroom self contained apartment with pool, set amidst a small established orchard. It is a 5 minute drive to Trizio which hosts a wealth of motorized water sports, as well as restaurant & bar. It is only 10 minutes drive away from Serta supermarkets, banks, hospital & pharmacies. We are only a 30 minute drive from several more hidden gems & exciting river beaches & historic monuments.

O apartamento situa-se na Serra da Estrela, mais precisamente nas Penhas da Saúde a 1500m de altura, tem umas áreas muito boas, tem três varandas espaçosas e com uma vista fantástica. Está a cerca de 8km de distância da estância de Ski. Foi recentemente remodelado. É o ideal para dois ou três casais. Por perto tem poços de água e paisagens muito bonitas conforme fotos do anúncio.
