This old 17th century presbytery has been entirely renovated. It is on the top of a little hill and has 500 m². This property is peaceful and surrounded by vineyards - only 20 km SE away from Bordeaux. If you love old historical properties, singular houses and places which have a story, you are at the right place ! All opening onto an outdoor terrace.

The gite of Labrouche is located in a small hamlet in Saint Pardon de Conques, small village 10 minutes from Langon and close to Castets en Dorthe. Golf des Graves and Sauternais is 5 minutes away and the beginning of the Voie Verte du Canal de Garonne is 10 minutes away! Hi , I welcome you to my home, in a charming outbuilding of the house, for a stay in the heart of the vineyards in the village of Grézillac, 15 minutes from Saint Émilion. The house consists of a large living room, kitchen, bedroom with bathtub and garden. Ideally located, in addition to the wine landscapes you can easily go to Bordeaux, the Arcachon Bay or Dordogne.
