The gite of Labrouche is located in a small hamlet in Saint Pardon de Conques, small village 10 minutes from Langon and close to Castets en Dorthe. Welcome to Maison Irondas ☀️ A former outbuilding adjoining our typical Gironde house dating from 1860, Maison Irondas was completely renovated in 2024. ✅Two separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet. ✅On the ground floor, a large 45m² living room with a modern kitchen, large table and sofa bed are also at your disposal. All opening onto an outdoor terrace.

Our house is a beautiful 18th century stone building, completely renovated. Quiet and spacious, with a large plot with a pool (heated from March to November) - and an exceptional view of the surrounding countryside, it also offers immediate access to the center of the village. Shops, bars, restaurants, grocery store, market and even cinema are a few minutes walk.

The Moulin de Flaujague is an authentic 17th century water mill in its central part. Later, an industrial tower was added. It is located between 2 arms of the Bassanne and has its own small lock and a small waterfall behind the bread oven. Once you pass the gate you are on an island surrounded by water.
