The flat is located at Via Giatti 7, on the first floor with private entrance and exclusive garden with 2 sun loungers, table and 4 chairs. In the kitchen-living room with wooden-beam ceiling, there is a fridge-freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, TV with satellite dish, double sofa bed. The bedroom has a vaulted ceiling and is accessed by descending 4 internal steps. From the same room there is access to the large bathroom with window where there is a washing machine.

Just 20 minutes from the beautiful Terme del Petriolo.
