You will discover its magnificent monumental fireplace and you will fall in love with this authentic building, steeped in history with all modern comforts in the heart of a beautiful 3-hectare park with its pond just a 15-minute walk from the historic center or 3 minutes by free bus.

Country House

Nature lovers. On the Rennes/Saint Brieuc road axis (access to the 4x2 lanes 2 km away). Accommodation not overlooked, with 800 m2 of land. On the south side, a terrace and a fully fenced and secure yard for children or our four-legged friends. On request, you can have the joy and responsibility of taking care of a farm animal (rabbit, chicken, quail or guinea pig) for the time of your stay. Close to Dinan, Rennes, St Brieuc, Mont Saint Michel, Broceliande Forest.

Duplex house for 2, 3 or 4 people. Large wooded park

"The Nest that Nourishes" In the heart of the bike-rail city, this cottage is ideal for a couple, but can accommodate 3 or 4 people. This rate includes a double bed set. Count €10 for another set. Upstairs, a large bedroom with a double bed, a single bed, a shower room and toilet. Senseo coffee maker. Access to a large wooded garden. Direct parking. Nearby: Dinan, Dinard, Brocéliande. Cleaning is not included. If applicable, we charge €40.

Country cottage

Fiber connection accommodation. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave/rotating heat oven, coffee maker (Senseo pod or filter coffee), kettle and toaster. 140 cm TV connected to Molotov. Shower room and toilet This is a stone accommodation, so naturally cool in summer. Halfway between Rennes and St Brieuc, 2 minutes from the 4-lane highway, 5 minutes from the village with several shops and 20 minutes from Dinan

Quiet green cottage

Quiet and green cottage with its 20 m2 garden, including a private petanque court. 15 min from the megaliths of Lampouys, 23 min from Dinan, 30 min from the forest of Brocéliande, 40 min from the sandy beaches, a central location to visit all the diversity of Brittany. 1 bedroom (sleeps 2 adults + 1 extra mattress) This is an outbuilding on the owner's property. Quiet is guaranteed and sometimes deer are in the garden at dawn or dusk.

Cottage 5 min from Dinan, Nordic bath Garden side

Small haven of peace to come and rest and relax. The accommodation is equipped with every comfort, with fitted and equipped kitchen. Quiet, perfect for a romantic stay or even for work. You can relax in the (private) Nordic bath provided, with one heating per day. Private heated pool open from June to September Petanque court Caroline and Sylvain will be happy to inform you about all the activities and visits of our beautiful region.

The Apothecary

You will have a key box to be perfectly autonomous, and you will just have to climb this wooden staircase to be at home. Formerly located above the pharmacy, we have transformed this place into a cocoon. Two other rooms are available if needed, please contact me. You will be close to all shops, the community hall and 10 minutes walk from the train station, but also 20 minutes from Dinan and 40 minutes from the sea for a pleasant stay.

Maisonnette de L'Ourme Guillaume

Located in the countryside, our accommodation is close to Bécherel, 30 minutes from Rennes, Dinan and 40 minutes from the coast. Small house full of charm and comfort, it is perfect for couples, solo travelers, business travelers and families. You will find a real 2-person bed of 140 cm in the bedroom and a sofa bed of 140 cm in the living room upstairs. On the ground floor, you can enjoy a covered terrace adjoining the kitchen.

You will have a small 40 m² house next to an old farm, not overlooked, in the countryside with on-site parking. Completely renovated in 2021, you will be charmed by this small quiet country house located a 2-minute drive from all shops. Great for a couple or solo stay as well as business travelers. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining room with TV and Wi-Fi, a bathroom with a large shower and a bedroom with a double bed. Guests can enjoy a south-facing terrace at the front of the property.

Romantic storytelling house

This is an old outbuilding where cider was made, completely renovated on 36m2 on the ground with a floating mezzanine floor. The accommodation is independent and offers all the modern comforts of a current home with all the useful equipment. The private park of more than 5000m2 is accessible to travelers who can also go see the goats and sheep in their enclosure.
