Stay at the Maison de l'Étang, a gîte in a peaceful setting by the water with a view of the Closerie du Vivier lake. The house has a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a lounge. Upstairs, there is a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a sofa. The bathroom has a double washbasin, a shower and a toilet. The mezzanine sleeps 3 people in single beds. La Maison de l'étang has its own terrace. The swimming pool is shared with the other gîte.

Our accommodation (13 people max) is close to Caen (25 minutes) and the sea in a very beautiful countryside of the pre-bocage in Normandy. Easy access by car, train and airport. You will love our place because of its beauty, countryside, rest, horses (horseback riding possible), massages and indoor heated pool. Ideal for families of 4–10 people. The 4th bedroom is a very large hallway, so I very often put an extra bedroom in the annex for more comfort.
