Beautiful, just renovated cottage in de hills of Cavalaire. Wonderful view of the sea from everywhere. Glazed front that can be opened completely. 2 bedrooms, large living-dining area all with air conditioning and wifi. Guest toilet & bathroom with walk-in rain shower. Open kitchen with snack bar and Smeg appliances. Surrounding terrace with sea view and outdoor shower. Immersed in the scents & sounds of nature, away from the hustle & bustle of Cavalaire, but beach & city always within reach.

New! Exceptional and dreamy location, just a few minutes (2km) from the superb village of Saint-Tropez. This house benefits from optimal sun exposure as well as a breathtaking sea view. The house is surrounded by gardens and terraces and the infinity pool with sea view. You only have to cross the road down the house to access very pretty little beaches . A parking space under a porch roof closed by an automatic grid will allow you to secure your car or/ and your motorbikes / bikes.

Very spacious villa, elegantly decorated. Very nice sea view and hill view. Airy and very bright house. Secured pool 5 x 9 m. East/south/west exposure. 3 km from the center of Cavalaire, 2 km from the beach, 20 minutes from St Tropez. 5 bedrooms (1.60 beds and one twin bedroom) Bay windows with sliding doors. Air conditioning, terraces, TV, bathrooms and toilet in all rooms. Kitchen equipped with American fridge, garden tables. BBQ. Deckchairs. Pétanque, Wi-Fi. Linens provided.

Welcome to Baya, this exceptional adjoining mazet air-conditioned, renovated and redecorated in 2024, with 180 degree sea and valley views. Located in the heights, you can enjoy the four different terraces including three with sea views, at all hours of the day. Ideal for a family holiday, with two bedrooms with double beds and a cabin area with a single bed, but also two shower rooms. A fully equipped and new kitchen as well as a dining room lounge complete the whole thing.
