You will be our only guest! You can rent either our luxurious 33 m2 (353 sq2) studio, equipped for two or this studio plus an extra room, for four (60 m2- 642 sq2 total). The extra room can be added for 2 as an extra option. You would benefit from a 86 m2 (920 sq2) private terrace with a 180° panoramic breath-taking view on the Mediterranean and the Îles d’Or, as well as an amazing pool reserved only for our guests, overlooking the villa, with an equally incredible view!

Our villa has only been rented since 2024 and has been furnished to spend a great time with family or friends. Neighborhood located at the end of a cul-de-sac, so very peaceful. Ideal location, a 10-minute walk to the city center, and a 10-minute walk to the beaches. The neighboring house (my sister's) has been rented for many years, and you can see the many positive comments about the neighborhood, the location and our hospitality.
