Beautiful, just renovated cottage in de hills of Cavalaire. Wonderful view of the sea from everywhere. Glazed front that can be opened completely. 2 bedrooms, large living-dining area all with air conditioning and wifi. Guest toilet & bathroom with walk-in rain shower. Open kitchen with snack bar and Smeg appliances. Surrounding terrace with sea view and outdoor shower. Immersed in the scents & sounds of nature, away from the hustle & bustle of Cavalaire, but beach & city always within reach.

New! Exceptional and dreamy location, just a few minutes (2km) from the superb village of Saint-Tropez. This house benefits from optimal sun exposure as well as a breathtaking sea view. The house is surrounded by gardens and terraces and the infinity pool with sea view. You only have to cross the road down the house to access very pretty little beaches . A parking space under a porch roof closed by an automatic grid will allow you to secure your car or/ and your motorbikes / bikes.

Pool, garden, panoramic sea view. Comfort

Magnificent little house, grandiose view on the sea as well as on the bay of Cavalaire, Massif des Maures, la Croix Valmer, ... Almost new, comfortable in all seasons. The house is through, bright, airy, with garden 80 m2, parking, garage if necessary. In the heart of a small, very calm, flowery residence with a magnificent swimming pool 14 x 8 m 40 m2, 2/4 people. No animals. Sheets and towels not provided but rental on request. Accessibility without steps.

Top of villa, 400 m from the beach and close to St Trop

300 m from the beach and 500 m from the city center, top of villa on the ground floor with 150 m² garden and 26 m² terrace with swing, soothing place in the middle of nature, you will enjoy a 105 m² accommodation tastefully decorated in the bohemian and nature style. It consists of a living room with open kitchen of 50 m², a master suite with a 180 bed, a bedroom with a 160 bed or two 80 beds and a third bedroom with a 140 bed, bathroom, separate toilet...
