This house was absolutely impressive. My whole family was blown away by how beautiful this house was. It was so clean as well. I can't even begin to tell you about how wonderful the service was too. Lots of water included, mid-week cleaning, luggage delivery to airport, and so much more. Granddaughter could not get enough of this very nice pool. Highly recommend staying here

Loved our stay here. The house was comfortable and the bike provided were super useful. We loved the area too, even though it was outside of the main area, we ate at the cheap local restaurants and explored the south side. We also explored the North island which we would recommend to anyone planning a visit. Dianny was super kind and gave us a lot of advice. Overall a very pleasant stay and would love to visit again.

Rudy’s place matched the photos and worked great for a short-notice booking. The property itself is very centrally located and is only a 3 minute walk from the airport, which made check-in simple and easy. The space itself is private, and has its own wall and courtyard to insulate you from the street traffic outside. Rudy was always accessible throughout the day, which was much appreciated. Overall, this is a great option if you want to be in the center of town, near the action!

Tina’s slice of Ambergris Caye paradise was all we hoped for and more! It’s perfectly placed south of town for peace and quiet. The water access, beachy sand, and pool provide you with all you need to not need to leave the house if you don’t want to! Booking boating excursions and being picked up on your own private dock is VIP ⭐️ The laundry room is clutch, the kitchen is fully stocked, and there are plenty of beach towels to not need to pack a single one. Host Eva is more than accommodating. Ask her for recommendations or to book something for you, no problem! We’re hoping Tina will house us again in the future!

Gary’s property manager was so helpful! He arranged to get us from the water taxi and brought us our lovely golf cart and everything else we needed during our stay.

This place is a hidden gem! Right on the water and centrally located so you can walk everywhere! Beautiful views, amazing big balcony - we had 5 of us and it was so roomy! Loved laying in the hammock and listening to the music coming from the local places with the nice ocean breeze ❤️ host is responsive, helpful and friendly. The upstairs bedroom has its own little balcony as well! Book it now!!

Sherilyn’s place was fantastic! We rented the extra apartment on the first floor and stayed with our 2 year old and 4 month old down there and 2 other couples upstairs. Great setup for parents to put kids to bed downstairs and make lots of noise upstairs without waking kids in apartment. We walked everywhere but roads require stable stroller. You can take a golf cart taxi any time also, Sharilyn provided a card on bulletin board. Pool has great shade for beginning and end of day and full sun mid-day. Also fantastic for kids. The couples we stayed with that didn’t have kids had an amazing time and so did we. Place is quiet at night and walkable to nightlife. I walked to the Split in 20 min. If taking a plane, airport is a few hundred yards down the road (though we never heard plan noise). WiFi is strong. Grocery store just down the road for some basics, but better ones in town. Overall definitely recommend her place! You’ll have a hard time leaving!

Great spot for four adults. This is a little bit of a walk (10 mins) outside of the main town area, but it made for a very quiet and relaxing time when we were there. The beds were very comfortable, AC worked great, and the deck/pool was a wonderful spot to relax. We loved our time at on Caye Caulker and would stay at this spot again.

We booked very spontaneously as we had to cancel another location, because of its bad conditions. Bobbi reacted extremly fast and flexibly, was very warm, friendly and helpful, gave us a great welcome. We loved our appartment, it was so well equipped and very charmingly decorated. We had the best time there and can only highly recommend it. Great to have the pool and the bikes included as well. And, additional treat, there was a mixer in the kitchen, so we could make our own daiquiris with fresh mangos/papayas etc - loved it!

We absolutely adored our stay here. It was so, so quiet and tranquil. The pool was clean, refreshing and had the perfect amount of sun/shade. The Airbnb is equipped with a kitchen which was perfect for making home-cooked dinners and breakfasts if you want a break from eating out. Clean, tidy, hot water - would 100% recommend to anyone.

We had an AMAZING stay at Steffi’s place! She was so kind and responsive, helped us book a taxi from the ferry, quick to replace water when we needed it. The place itself is great so good to have two rooms with king size beds for two couples as you don’t see that at many places. The kitchen had everything we needed and the space was way bigger than we expected! Pool was perfect and the roof rooftop was great for seeing the sunset and sunrise.

Great little place. Pool was a great amenity since beaches in Caye Caulker aren’t very nice/not a lot of public beach space. Well equipped, be careful with the bathroom faucet as it splashes if you open too much. AC works really well, but house is well ventilated if you open all windows and turn the fans on, so not always needed. Nice to have drinking water available and the option to book ferry pickup (takes the work out of finding the place). If you want a golf cart rental, I recommend J&SONS XTREME car rentals, they had the best rates out of 3 or 4 we looked at and they offer discount for multiple days and the transaction was smooth. Check out the guy by the airport that cooks in his back yard, setting is nice and unique and food is very good. Try the homemade ice cream shops with homemade waffle cones-delicious. Stingray beach is a must between 4:30-5:30 PM, they feed pelicans and rays and kids loved touching the stingrays. Whole day snorkeling tour with Hicoco Tours was very nice!

Lovely apartment with access to a nicely shaded pool. In a quiet part of town but everything is within easy access walking or by bikes provided for use. Excellent Airbnb!

Nice and easy stay in the middle of island surrounded by restaurants bars and grocery stores.everything walkable distance. host was very nice and let us leave our bags in the unit until we finished our day tour (even this was after check out time) many thanks

Loved my stay at Steffi's place. It is just as described and looks exactly as pictured. It is out of the way but close enough that you can walk to anywhere you need within 10-20 minutes depending on your destination. Which is usually what I opted to do despite there being plenty of bikes available to use should you desire. Watching the sunset from the rooftop is chef's kiss and although I didn't utilize the pool myself, I saw many others make use of it during my stay. Really chill spot. Steffi is also an absolute gem of a person who will go above and beyond for you. I happened to bump into her a couple times around town during my stay and ironically my last night I randomly wandered into a restaurant owned by one of her friends and she invited me to have dinner with them. She even rushed over to take me to the water taxi station the next morning when the taxi she booked for me got delayed and didn't show. Glad to have met her and will definitely book with her again when I return.

the place was ok if your not picky. the bedt thing ever is percy and his beautiful wife who take care of the place, they are both fantastic and very help full, they do everythingand above to make your holiday a fantasticexperience

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! It was absolutely perfect—cozy and full of that true Caribbean vibe. The location couldn’t have been better: just a short walk from everything, yet tucked away enough to enjoy some peace and quiet away from the busy areas. Abner was a fantastic host, always available and incredibly helpful with anything we needed. One of the highlights of our stay was watching the sunrise from the terrace—it’s the perfect spot for your morning coffee. Don’t miss it! We highly recommend this place and would love to return. Ms Hilda was very Sweet, and welcoming. She was very attentive to our request or queries. Definitely would return to this host. Felt right at home.

Wir haben drei Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht. Alle Basics in der Küche und im Badezimmer sind vorhanden. Ein großes Plus sind die Fahrräder, die kostenlos genutzt werden können. Bis zum Hot Spot auf Caye caulker braucht man Max. 10 Minuten.

If you are looking for a budget friendly place to stay in the middle of town this would be a good choice. It is a safe, clean place. However, it is definitely a no frills place so don’t expect outdoor seating areas, hammocks, etc. On the plus side you are behind the best pizza place on the island and across the street you can get the best fry jacks for breakfast. The store next to it sells fresh squeezed juices.

Highly recommend! We stayed for four nights and had a lovely experience. We were met at the dock and given a ride by Gabby who is very sweet. Our room was basic - had everything we needed. Kitchenette was perfect for our needs. Had a microwave, coffee pot, toaster, and refrigerator. TV worked well AC was excellent. Shower was nice and hot. Place was clean and safe. Great location. Near the center of town. We ate at Chick’s Backyard one night (right across the street) and enjoyed meeting Chef Alan. Service and food both good. There is a good grocery store on the corner of the street. Two blocks from the water. The people of Caye Caulker were the best part of the trip. We will be back to this magical paradise in the very near future.

J’ai adoré loger ici. Hilda et Cari sont très gentilles et arrangeantes. Voyageuse solo depuis plusieurs mois, j’ai rarement dormi dans un logement aussi calme : aucun bruit la nuit. Ça fait du bien. Certes c’est un peu « excentré », mais la mise à disposition des vélos gratuitement change la donne. Tout est à porté de main et c’est si agréable de parcourir l’île de cette manière. J’aurais aimé rester plus longtemps. Très bon rapport qualité / prix pour une île du Belize. Je recommande les yeux fermés
