Welcome to “The Waterfall House”, a family retreat with a gorgeous natural waterfall! Relax and enjoy the most serene location with 8.5 acres of land featuring a private waterfall and stream. This open floor plan home is a perfect spot to gather family or use it as a place to stay while visiting Syracuse. This park like setting is a photographers dream. This is the best location for a true outdoor enthusiast. Spot wildlife from every window in the house or fish for trout in the stream!

The Magee House

This 19th-century country farmhouse has been recently renovated with all the modern conveniences while preserving its historic charm. *PLEASE READ BEFORE INQUIRING * We base our pricing on the use of bedrooms- 1 bedroom is $250/night, 2 bedrooms is $400/night (before airbnb fees) 2 night minimum stay with a 4 guest limit. Private, spacious suite just steps away from everything! Two large bedrooms, full bathroom, and gracious living room with open gas fireplace, all furnished with heirloom furniture. Luxury bedlinens. Private entrance. Walk-in shower. No kitchen, but we offer a mini fridge and microwave!

Close to Colgate, Cazenovia, Hamilton, Morrisville colleges (15-20 minutes) SU and Lemoyne 30 minutes Lakeview Amphitheater, Carrier Dome 30 minutes Finger Lakes wine trail about an hour and half Shopping, convenience stores, 14 restaurants, all within a 2-3 minute walk Subs, pizza, craft beer, deli, fine dining, organic, all within sight. We don't mind children but no cribs and child care needs are available If you can provide for child/babies needs while here we allow them

Stay a night at our tiny Hobbit House

We are close to Syracuse NY, Jamesville Beach,and Tully. You’ll love our place because - Well, its a Hobbit House :). Very cozy 12 by 12 cabin set in the back of my land right where the woods start. Small cabin good for a couple and maybe a child or two but no more than that. It has an outhouse. If this is sounding too basic or off the grid then please don't book! :) because that's exactly what is. But you also get to say you stayed in a cozy little hobbit house.
