The house has a dining room, kitchen and toilet on the ground floor and upstairs a balcony with panoramic views, shower room, toilet, a master bedroom and two small bedrooms for three children.

river cottage

Our cottage is located in a mill on the beautiful river La Dronne. It is a very spacious apartment (55 m2) fully renovated. A bedroom with a view of the river, and a beautiful terrace overlooking it. Direct access to the river for swimming or canoeing that we provide. Please note that the staircase leading to the gîte is quite narrow and steep and is not suitable for people with disabilities as well as for some people with limited mobility

We are pleased to host you in our recently renovated barn, offering stunning views of the Dronne and the bridge mill, from where you can practice hiking, mountain biking, canoeing, angling, boat rides, swimming... Less than a kilometer away, the village of Tocane offers all amenities. Between Brantôme, Périgueux and Ribérac, you can discover the rich heritage, colorful markets and many summer festivals according to your desires.

A floating lodge, lost in the middle of a private pond in the middle of nature. Here, no neighbors, no noise, just water, calm and koi carp gliding beneath your feet. A pretty cottage set in a water mill, it is ideal for a couple, but can also accommodate a family of up to 4 people. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchenette, and use of the swimming pool during the summer months, and for the winter months we have a pellet stove in the main living area, and a radiator in the bedroom upstairs. The bathroom has a heated towel rail.
