Our house is a former artist's studio completely renovted, typical neighborhood of Chartrons, in Bordeaux. The historic center is at three tram stations. You will appreciate our house for its atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but in a lively neighborhood. Our house is perfect for families (with children) and the pets are of course welcome! It has 4 bedrooms, 3 with double bed and one with a single bed. It is possible to install a second single bed on request.

This house is not big, but it makes up for it with crazy charm. Completely redone, this outbuilding consists of a fully equipped kitchen/living room (dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop). The master bedroom has a double bed and a work area. It also has a children's bedroom with two beds. The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower and a washing machine. Small adjoining studio for a single person or couple. You can see the entire room in the photos. Close to all shops. Quiet neighborhood. Bordeaux center 25 min. Near tram A to Buttinière (10 min). Bus 64 down the street that goes to Buttinière. (not WE) TV/Netflix Microwave oven. As the accommodation is small, with no room for dishes, disposable cutlery is provided. Entry is through the white front door with a lockbox.
