Authentic sailing ship Vrouwezand: Peace and quiet!

The Vrouwezand is a historic sailing ship and sails in the summer over the mudflats and IJsselmeer. In winter, it is located in the city center of Groningen in a unique location, and can be rented as accommodation for music and/or culture lovers. The cozy living room has an open kitchen with an extensive inventory, including a catering oven and 2 refrigerators (together 250 liters). Yvonne van Scheijen, biologist and skipper/owner, lives in the skipper's house at the back, and is happy to welcome you on board.

Båten er av typen Catalina C400 og ble bygget på verftet i California i 1995. Catalina Yachts er kjent for sin kvalitet og båten er designet for å bo ombord, med romslige lugarer og full ståhøyde for personer over 2 meter.
