Beautifully designed and incredibly well lit, with barrel vault ceilings. The building itself is protected as Slovak National Heritage. We offer a 64m2 sunny apartment located in the heart of the city, next to Michael’s Gate, a 3 min walk to the Main Square and 15 mins from the castle. The apartment is on the second floor, accessed by a spiral staircase of a traditional 16th century Baroque building with lots of charm and Old Town details. It has been recently furnished with tasteful furniture and accessories. Here is a brief summary: #1 SPACIOUS BEDROOM with large king size bed (2x2 metres) and a wall of mirrored closets for storage. Fresh atlas linen provided. #2 LIVING ROOM Spacious and comfortable lounge and dining area, where you can relax, listen to Spotify or choose a movie from the Netflix catalogue on a 49” LED TV screen. #3 MEDIEVAL BATHROOM with a barrel vault ceiling has a panoramic wall mirror. This large private 2-room guest suite (68 sqm / 732 sq ft) is located in an independent wing of our apartment, dedicated specifically to our guests and family members staying over at our place. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. Located in the historic city center, this charming neighborhood is walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping as well as iconic locations like the Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, and opera houses. U2 subway station is located in front of the building entrance. S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz is within 2 min walking distance. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).

Wander Across Charles Bridge at a Grand, Romantic Apartment

The apartment is situated in an historical building in the first floor. It is in the middle of all the touristic attractions. Therefore, during the season there is an increased number of people walking the street. Also, due to the historic preservation the original windows had to be kept. We renovated them but they are no match to the modern windows with regard to the insulation. In short - for some it might feel noisy - just as in any other city center :-) patio We tried to make the acommodation as private as possible so you don't need to interact with anybody (except picking up the keys at the restaurant). However, feel free to reach out to us if you need help or suggestions. We should be available in Prague most of the days. If you think something is missing or needs improvements, let us know. Thank you! The apartment sits in a historic area of the city just under Prague Castle's gardens and vineyards. The famous swans spot on the river is around the corner, and peaceful parks, Charles Bridge, and the Old Town are a short walk away. You are at one of the best parts of the city. Within a walking distance you have all major tourist attractions. For anything else, tram stop is 50m far (including famous 'tourist' lines 22 and 23), underground station (with direct airport connection) is 100-150m far. Currently, there is a reconstruction going on in the neighboring house - the noisiest part is over, so you can occasionally hear something. If you plan to do the sightseeing, this should not be too much of an issue since they won't work 24/7. Most of the time we don't even realise there is some extra noise apart from the city noises :-)

The second bathroom accessed from the hall contains WC & shower. The apartment has also a separate little room with washing machine and a dressing room. Wi-fi and TV with a collection of CDs. A large terrace with a table and chairs overlooking a park. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bathrooms, a terrace, possible allotted parking space in underground garage. I welcome you, I can advice you on transport and sightseeing. I can help with problems whenever necessary. This apartment can be found in the modern city center, near Grzybowski Square and Saski Garden. A supermarket is located in the same building, and the Hala Mirowska food market is nearby, along with restaurants, cafes, and 2 modern art galleries. Two tram stops from Central Railway Station. 5 minutes to walk from the apartment block to underground station Swietokrzyska ( serving both metro lines). Bus and trams stops nearby. A ventilation system ensures comfortable temperature, even when hot outside.

The apartment is situated in the heart of the city, most of the main attractions are in walking distance. Metro, bus and tram stations are just a few steps from the apartment. Its array of vibrant, elegant restaurants, brewpubs, and nightclubs. Steps away are the Museum of Ethnography, Liberty Square and Hold Street Market. All public transport is within walking distance: subway, metro, trams, and buses. The apartment is a few minutes walk away from the historical 2nd tram, the 2nd and the 3rd metro line or bus station for castle rides :) Parking is available on the street for 1,5 euros/hour. Weekend parking is free. A public garage is 2 minutes walk away.

Because of its location, everything you need to see in center is in walking distance so no public transportation is necesary. If you want to go explore some more, minute away from apartment on central town square are tram stops with trams that go to every part of city. Also, taxi stand is few steps from building.
