Luxury cubist villa apartment in a quiet green residential area. The fully original furnished flat with a private entrance has an area of 75 m². Secure parking in front of the house. Big beautiful garden. Kitchen (full equipped), bedroom for 2 people (bed for babies is available), living room (we can arrange a mattress for third person, ideally a child or a teenager), bathroom with bath and shower (bathrobes are included). Washing machine and dryer. Dogs are welcome for a fee of 10 EUR/day.

Whether on long walks or bike rides, coffee and cake enjoyment on the terrace or a barbecue experience on the fire barrel, it is entirely up to you. The forest house is located in the middle of a natural forest property, with many special highlights, such as the barbecue and sauna hut.

The house "Ai Castagni" is located on Mount Moncader in Combai di Miane, within the Moncader Farm. The house has undergone a conservative restoration, which, while maintaining its original appearance, preserves its use for the purposes of the stay and residence. The house has a bedroom on the second floor with a double bed and two single beds side by side.

Light and air - Artist's house for nature lovers

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.

In the middle of a meadow with orchards, our vacation home is in a secluded location. The old part from the 16th century was formerly used as a granary. The large terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests. Garden furniture, deck chairs and a grill are provided.
