Holiday rentals with beach access in Central Florida

This was the 2nd property we stayed at of Kathy's. Great hosts in a perfect location and we will absolutely stay here again! very walkable location and a bus stop close by as well if needed. the room of beach equipment is a huge bonus! can't wait for our next trip back!

We were very happy with our stay...unbeatable location and value for us. Catherine was willing to let us check in a couple of hours early. We had a bit of a hiccup getting in the front gate but Catherine was readily available to help us and the rest of our stay was great. I'm hopeful we can schedule another stay next year.

Beautiful location right on the beach ! Gorgeous sunsets and walks on the beach. Easy check-in and Matthew is quick to respond to messages. Plenty of parking and a patio that looks over the ocean! Very peaceful and relaxing!

We enjoyed our stay at Cocoa Beach a few nights prior to our cruise. The space was perfect for our family of 4. My kids loved to swim at the beach and we loved that we could walk there as well as for groceries etc. It was so nice to have the beach shed with beach chairs! Would definitely recommend!

Alain’s place is very nice. The condo was very clean. The beach was a short 1 minute walk. The mattresses and pillows were comfortable. Each room had its own climate control. The kitchen was also very nice and stocked with decent equipment a basic set of spices. Also coffee was available for the coffee maker. The residence was very comfortable. It is a small space but perfect for a couple or a small family. If we are in the area again we will seek it out. My only critique was that the community grill in the courtyard didn’t work very well. Alain was always quick to respond and helpful. Thank you Alain. Hopefully we will see you again!

This place had everything we needed to cook a large breakfast every morning, and was fully stocked with beach supplies. Would definitely stay again! We were very comfortable the entire time.

Absolutely perfect. Beautiful place. The decor is so cool. Great beach vibe. Spotless. The bed was so comfortable. Lanai was beautiful. Very short walk to the heated pool area which was fantastic. Had a question about the TV streaming and Wes was right over to figure it out. Would love to come back. 5 nights was too short.

My family of four stayed in this perfect home in March for Bike Week 2025 The hosts were gracious enough to let us park our 3 bikes in the lockable garage and our 14ft trailer on the front lawn. It was the perfect location, close to everything we wanted to do. We will happily stay here again.

Brent's house was very nice and we would definitely stay again! The location was awesome, nothing between it and the beach. Perfect escape from the snowy north! The house had all the amenities that we needed for a month long stay. Could walk to places to eat or shopping ... or just walk on the beach.

Patrick’s Beach House was one of our best vacations. The house is spacious and comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. Close to grocery store. Beachfront is fabulous! Fishing pier is fabulous. We would definitely return. Thank you Patrick.

This is an amazing place! Everything we wanted; walking distance to beautiful Clearwater Beach, restaurants and shopping. It was very clean with beautiful furniture and everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

The place was great as advertised. The location was perfectly set by the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Jorge was very helpful and communicated clearly and quickly!

We were a group of 5 women, we had a fabulous time! Plenty of amenities for 5 people except for beach chairs which were available to rent on the beach. We had an issue with the dryer not working so we weren't able to do any laundry which was a small issue. I reported it to Franca and she replied right away that she was going to schedule someone to come look at it but never heard anything back from her after that. To get to the beach from the condo you need to go through a gate that is locked at the pool and then through another gate to get to the beach. Otherwise you have to walk around the front and down the public beach access. There were only 2 keys so that was an issue, maybe a lock with a code would be more helpful? All in all the condo was everything that was advertised. Thank you Franca for sharing your home!

Beautiful, quiet, secure. Great view of the beach and water. Easy walk to beach, restaurants, activities. Clean and comfortable. Modern major appliances in excellent condition. Coffee pot was an older single cup Keurig. Adequate for 2 people to use but a drip pot or French press would be a welcome addition. Pots and pans sufficient for us but if you do a lot of cooking on vacation you may find the cookware and utensils wanting. Excellent TVs. Overall excellent experience. Thanks, Peter.

Perfect location! The place had everything we needed. The proximity to the beach cannot be beat - just walk out the door and you are right there. Both the beach and pool were amazing and never super crowded. The place is spacious and allowed the 4 of us to have our own space, but also be together in the kitchen/living room area and balcony. There are big TVs in every room, which allowed us to watch our own thing late at night. The 2.5 bathrooms helped us all clean up quickly after a day at the beach. Even the garage parking spot was nice and close to the elevator, which helped when we had luggage and groceries to bring up. The condo even provides luggage and shopping carts in the garage, so we only had to take one trip up. There is a full closet of beach items for everything you will need. There are also several games and puzzles to keep you busy inside. We washed clothes several times during the week. Melody was very responsive for the couple questions that we had during the trip.

Kristin’s place was perfect. We walked to John’s Pass at least once daily and the beach access was awesome. Kristin also provided a Keurig after a misunderstanding about coffee, which we really appreciated. We’d stay here again!
