Cottage holiday rentals in Central Florida

Great little cottage in Anna Maria Island! It was the perfect size for 2 people for a quiet getaway to the beach and had everything we needed, including coffee, water, basic spices, enough toilet paper and pool towels. The hot tub/spa was a great addition, especially for the 'colder' weather. Check in/check out was flexible and quick due to the keypad on the door. Overall a great stay and would definitely recommend!

My girlfriend and I are from the Tampa area and celebrating Valentines Day, the place was easy to get to and the water view was amazing!! We used the hot tub mostly. The parking situation works well with small to midsize vehicles which good for us. Will use again for future use.

5 stars may not be enough. Excellent cozy house in the middle of a nice and quiet neighborhood. Place was clean, with all the necessities and felt right at home....really recommend the place. Hosts were very fast in answering any questions we had. Thank you!!!!

It was a very quiet and peaceful stay, the whole place was as pictured and very clean. The location is beautiful and the manual was very easy to understand and very useful.

Short but wonderful stay! I would definitely come back and stay longer. I visited with my daughter and two teenage granddaughters, and we enjoyed the short walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants.

Beautiful block on the edge of the water in a dolphin-enchanted gulf neighborhood. Hosts have worked really hard to restore their cottage after multiple hurricanes caused major damage. Unfortunately the whole neighborhood was destroyed in 2024 by flooding, so neighboring homes are in various states of repair as of the time of our 2025 visit. Hosts were extremely accommodating and kind, and we really enjoyed being able to check out this part of Florida from this beautiful location.

Good place for a 1 bedroom. We needed a place that accepted dog. A very good location. One block walk from the promenade along bay.

Lovely cottage and a great location. Short walking distance to the restaurants and bars, but on a quiet street and secluded patio. Barbara was welcoming and the instructions were clear. The cottage itself was clean, functional and overall a lively place. We can’t wait to be back to this place!

Fantastic birthday getaway. The cottage is quaint, private, and quiet... and... Right on the beach! Best, there is a large area of sand between the cottage and the beach that added to the privacy, and the fire-pit was wonderful.

The view is excellent! The only neighbor that could block the view parks in the garage. Neighbors were friendly. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen is larger than how it appears in the photos. We spent an unusually cool January there but played games and did puzzles on the table while enjoying the view! Would go back in a heartbeat.

We just returned from a stay at Jen and Jason's place. It was great!! Clean and modern with special details like soft warm blankets and wraps. The place was also very welcoming to our pet with dog bowels and blankets just for her. Jen responded right away and was very helpful. Great location. I will defiantly recommend and return!!

You cannot beat the location. And you cannot hear any of the night life while inside. It had everything we needed. We appreciate Will accommodating us and our dogs!

Isabel welcomed us very warmly personally. The place was quiet and clean. Everything you could need is available. I would book with Isabel again and again.

We came as a family of five for a soccer tourney. Home was clean and matched our expectations. The location was perfect for us. It was close to the activities that we needed to do and there were quite a few restaurant options around .The hosts were also very pleasant.
