The living room is spacious and bright with two balconies and a viewpoint. The kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment has air conditioning (throughout the house except bathrooms) and heating. It is located on the first floor without an elevator. The apartment is less than a minute's walk from the Antón Martín metro station. Although in some cases, you'll be able to check in sooner, just ask me. If you arrive after 9pm, there will be an overnight check-in fee of €20, payable at the time of check-in. Antón Martin is one of the oldest neighborhoods in Madrid. Its streets are full of atmosphere and authentic places to visit, as well as restaurants and bars.
