Wonderful location 5 mins away from dowtown Rosarito & only 18 mins away from the border, only scenic route driving making it easy to reach and extremely safe. The house has a small gym area, a working complete with a desk & hardline ethernet connection in addition to WiFi via 3 extenders to ensure full coverage. It has a wonderful ocean view with fully openable window of four sheets of glass, excellent breeze and floor to ceiling windows on both floors. Comfy bbq grill with a firepit in back!

Relax in this unique and quiet getaway. All amenities, very elegant and above all relaxing vintage cabin type, 5 min from 2 large squares and restaurant area, Macroplaza and Monarca, 7 min from Parque Morelos and Museo del Trompo, 20 min from the line, 20 min from the US consulate and 20 min from the airport, 7 min from the Chevron Stadium, it has 2 private terraces with views, washer and dryer service (shared with another Airbnb). The apartment is on the first floor, you have to climb stairs.

We are 2 blocks from a Mini Supermarket here. Also 2 blocks away there are many other things such as the Cost, bakery, cafes, restaurants, pharmacy and food stalls on the corners. I have towels, quilts, kitchen utensils and all the basics of a home. We use DOUBLE sheets and covers. With a smoking area. Work area.
