Perfect base for visiting Bordeaux and its surroundings. Totally independent apartment above our garage, 150 m from the tram to Bordeaux center and 1 km from the access to the ring road to be on the beach or in the vineyards of Saint Emilion in 45 minutes. Also close to the faculties and 700 m from the center of Pessac (cinema, market, restaurants, shops). The entrance is completely independent and you can arrive at any time thanks to a key box. Completely independent... you can enjoy this beautiful bright air-conditioned living room with a 140 bed space, a large kitchen, a bathroom, a covered terrace. No sheets, cleaning on departure to be done by yourself. A cleaning fee of €50 will be requested by Airbnb if the accommodation is not returned as clean as on arrival, photos to support this... I rent for a maximum of 2 people, I do not accept babies, or young children, or pets.
