A more than refreshing stay within the farm of Chrystele and Yves! A clean and quality home! Everything is there to relax and enjoy the stay to the fullest. Proximity to cows is a plus, with a little curiosity some let's get closer. Yves and Chrystele shared their world on a human scale, love for their animals and we answered all our many questions. Tranquility is assured in this peaceful retreat where children can have fun while adults enjoy! Thanks again to Chrystele, Yves and Marion their daughter for the welcome and the time they gave us

Lovely Air B&B, very clean and great set up. We stayed for two nights for a nearby family wedding and it was ideal. We would stay again. Vivie and Bruno were very helpful and responsive prior to and during our stay. Thanks for a great stay!

Very beautiful old house, spacious  and well restored. The outdoor spaces are also very pleasant. An ideal setting for a quiet family stay. John is responsive and welcoming. I would highly recommend it!

Spacious house with many bedrooms, great games room and lovely garden. We had such a lovely time here. Sandrine communicated quickly and was very nice & helpful.

We stayed in Karine's house on Easter weekend and felt "at home "...everything was perfect. The area is very quiet and shops are close by. Karine is a very friendly, welcoming host with nice touches upon arrival (drinks, small cakes...) The accommodation is comfortable and very well equipped (according to the photos and description) Decorated with great taste. Great place. I would would definitely recommend.

We had a nice stay for the new year at La Choupinière. We rented the two cottages for 18 adults and about ten young children. The cottages are well thought out to gather as a group and enjoy. Beautiful spaces to eat, play, gather. The bedding is comfortable. It is necessary to organize for sleeping arrangements including the two large dormitories (9 and 15 years old). There are 3 bedrooms of 2, one of which is busy. If needed, plenty of storage spaces. The kitchen is not very large but functional. The essentials are there to make food in quantity, store the food, ... The outside is large and seems well appointed to enjoy on sunny days. We may return to La Choupinière for other weekends!

Excellent stay. Very nice house, faithful to the photos, tastefully decorated, very clean and very pleasant. The garden is nice and the outdoor lounge perfect for BBQs. Very nice pool..Very nice welcome from Morgane, flexible and attentive. We really want to come back!

great place! I recommend +++ very clean. a beautiful living room dining area for a nice meeting with friends. there were games on site , perfect for fun for the kids, they loved it. a perfect weekend despite the time that was not at the rendezvous!

Extraordinary family weekend. The house is large and very comfortable, the garden and terrace extremely pleasant, the sauna and pool excellent! Emmanuelle and her husband are very friendly and attentive hosts! We'll keep the address to renew this moment which completely satisfied us.

We had such a fun time with our family! It is a great location, a beautiful house and garden. The swimming pool is a bonus! We felt really welcome and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Upon our arrival Pascaline was already waiting for us and showed us round, gave instructions and lots of sightseeing tips. The communication before and during our holiday was very good. A nice stay in the pole. The annex is very functional like a small apartment. Ideal for couple. Beautifully decorated, it's very cocooning and well insulated. The location is ideal in the pretty city of Belleme. Would definitely stay there again.

Maryline and Christian are hosts like I've rarely met. They are kind, generous and very respectful. The house is bigger than I expected and very well-equipped even for a long stay. This was my case and I did not miss anything, I was able to share, discover and enrich myself thanks to them while having my autonomy and my privacy. The environment is peaceful, quiet and pleasant. It's a total change of scenery but still close to Le Mans by car. I would recommend this place without hesitation and I will be back soon. Thanks to you Maryline and Christian.

We had a great time for 1 month. Stéphane is accommodating, responsive, open-minded. He was discreet and available when we needed it. His little dog is an angel fallen from the sky, he knew how to melt our hearts the few times we met him. The surrounding forests are mystical and sublime, herds of deer and stags, multiple conifers with captivating scents, in short the fauna and flora of Perseigne is just magical. The accommodation has all the comforts you need, we didn't want for anything. Thank you for this trip!

The apartment is very good with a real character and the cinema room is very well seen. aparthotel is ideal for moviegoers! As a bonus, the host is considerate and very responsive with perfect communication.

Amazing place with everything you need in an incredibly peaceful location. A fantastic place if you have dogs too with loads of space for them to run around and plenty of shade too.
