Absolutely stunning neo-classical villa in the heart of the Plaka. Truly spectacular location, walk to the Parthenon and pretty much everything! The host is extremely knowledgeable and kind. She even provides an orientation to the area upon check-in. The villa has everything you could possibly need and is really beautiful. The roof top terrace and courtyard with a little grotto are a fun place to enjoy some private space in the very busy Plaka. Don’t hesitate, book this villa if it is available. You won’t regret it!

Panos was a great host, took care of us so well from start to finish, was able to organise pick-ups and drop-offs at ease, which was a HUGE relief especially for first time visitors who do not speak the language! The place was "homey" and has an old-school charm, bathrooms are not quite modern but exactly as pictured so we knew this was the case. Rooms were clean and house was generally well-maintained. Thank you for hosting us!

Great location, can't beat it. It was the best spot - walking distance to everything. I will surly be back here again and recommend to others. One thing, it can be loud at night. However, the great location makes up for this. It is a unique property and we loved it.

Very nice and clean apartment in the suburbs of Athens. Our trip to Athens one of the days took only 40-50 minutes each way. The hosts live on the top floor and are always ready to help, they are exceptionally intelligent and delicate people. There is a Lidl store 8 minutes away with everything you need and the kitchen is fully equipped. We took a break from the noise of the city and enjoyed the sounds of the village. Thank you!!

We are surprised anything like this exists. This was Panos’ grandmother’s home. To buy a house like this in this location would be insanely difficult and expensive. Panos is a contractor so he has modernized the house brilliantly while staying true to its heritage. The rooftop deck is hauntingly beautiful. The view of the Acropolis is stunning and very romantic with the gas fire. You could have a large party up there too! You are literally about 15 minutes walking away from most of the big historical attractions in Athens. For us, staying anywhere else would be a disappointment. Very much worth it.

great apartment right at the heart of Athens, butefull area of Kolonaki. 5 min walk from Evangelismos metro station. apartment is butefull, hut tub is grate. hosts are available and answer very fast. apartment has 2 balconies and the rooftop. amayzing. the place is amazing, kolonaki is amazing Athens is amazing, greece is amazing. very recommended.

Clean, well-maintained housing, convenient location, proximity to tram tracks is a little confusing, but when you close the windows, the noise is not very audible. The host is friendly and helpful.

Rented this house for family event in town. Exceeded all expectations and provided for a very comfortable stay. Hosts were responsive and friendly, and even went out of their way to return an item that one of the guests had left behind. Two blocks from the beach in an upscale residential area. Would definitely stay again!

Urban Villas and Suites was an amazing stay for my family. We traveled with two young kids (both under 6) and they felt very comfortable. The location is perfect to walk to the Acropolis, and the restaurants a few blocks away were great. Everyone was friendly and the host messaged me back with answers to questions within the hour. We also really appreciated the shuttle service to and from the airport. I would definitely recommend this for a family stay!

Our very friendly host was waiting for us when we arrived, and showed us around. We had a lovely stay, sunbathing by the pool (relaxing after a week of sailing), and it was just 15 minutes taxi to the Acropolis, a 3 minute walk to a local supermarket, and 10-15 minute walk to local restaurants. BUT when there was a taxi strike and no taxis available to the airport, our host was AMAZING ! She drove us to the right bus stop (for the bus direct to the airport) in her own car, and waited with us until we were safely on the bus. She could not have been kinder, so A BIG THANK YOU and I recommend everyone to stay here.

Stavroula is an elegant and responsible lady. The house is big, clean and well prepared. She prepare a lot of snacks and drinks for us so we don’t need to rush to the supermarket on the day we arrived. The house is what you see in the photos. Big, comfortable and have a big swimming pool. During our stay, Stavroula arrange pool cleaning and garden maintenance too. She just make our stay more comfortable and perfect. You may think that the house may be a little bit far from the center, however, it’s very convenience for us. We are a family of six and we have rent a van which can park inside the garage. There are also buses and trains you can take nearby. I really love this beautiful house and I am sure I will come again soon.

This beautiful villa, nestled in a picturesque suburb just 15 minutes from Athens airport and a three-minute drive to the beach and main grocery stores, exceeded our expectations. During our one-day layover in Athens before heading to Crete, it was spacious enough to host our Athenian cousins and their children for the day and night. The kids and adults alike had a fantastic time in the pool. The villa is beautifully designed, and our host Chana was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this stunning, peaceful villa to anyone looking for a convenient location near the airport, beaches, and excellent restaurants.

Fantastic Stay in Greece! This Airbnb was the perfect home base for our trip. The space was spotless, stylish, and had breathtaking views. We especially loved the peaceful vibe and easy access to local restaurants with 5-10 minutes drive. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive.
