A short distance from the Lac Chaumecon, this spacious renovated farmhouse is located in the heart of the Morvan natural park, Burgundy. The detached house has been renovated and is surrounded by a garden of approximately 2500 m2, with lots of privacy, fantastic views and from June to September with a large 7.32 m-3.66 m) above-ground swimming pool. The house is equipped with modern conveniences and is ideal as a family home for a holiday in and around the house or as base to discover Burgundy.

The 18th Century, traditional stone, Morvandelle house with its sunbathed terrace facing its own lake and sitting in a prairie within the 7 hectares of park and forest on the domaine of the old Auberge des Brizards. Cottage at the edge of the woods

Small chalet in the heart of the Morvan Natural Park. Located on the edge of a small hamlet close to all shops and surrounded by many hiking trails. Please note: We have just created a second cottage for 2 people at the back of the garden (see photos). It is separated from the chalet by a small stream and a fence. The entrance to this gîte and its outdoor area are on the forest side: the two gîtes are therefore completely independent, and there are no neighbours overlooking them.

Gîte - The little house

Located at the gates of the Morvan, near Vézelay, in the hamlet of Flez in Neuffontaines, the gîte "La petite maison" and its garden have a unique unobstructed view of the Nièvre valleys. Warm and friendly, the house has a living room with fireplace with a wood stove, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom (shower, toilet and sink), 2 bedrooms (one bedroom on the ground floor with 1 double bed and one bedroom upstairs with 1 double bed and 1 single bed) and a small veranda.

The Tiny in the Meadow

Say goodbye to stress in this tiny house nestled in a meadow of the Morvan Natural Park and located 7 km from a beautiful lake. During the day, enjoy its memorable view between the forest and the fields. At night, you can admire the Milky Way, classified as an International Starlight Reserve. If you want to reconnect with nature and the very essence of serenity, you are in the right place. Cows, foxes, birds, and deer may be your neighbors depending on the time of year.

Eco Ranch at Lac de Chaumeçon

Located near Lake Chaumeçon, two small, eco-friendly, ranch-style wooden chalets sit within a 5-hectare wooded property accessible via a 1 km dirt track. They are completely off-grid, featuring solar panels and running spring water. Each chalet offers all the comforts needed for your stay, including a fridge, gas-powered hot water, and a wood-burning stove for heating. We provide a canoe for outings on the lake, as well as mountain bikes available upon reservation.

Gîte de La Bascule

The cottage is an old house completely renovated in 2019 with a terrace that offers a beautiful view of the Morvan. It is located very close to Lake Crescent and Chastellux Castle, a few kilometers from Vézelay, Avallon, Bazoches. Our region lends itself to hiking, cycling or horseback riding in unspoiled nature and allows fishing or swimming enthusiasts to indulge in their favorite pastime. La Bascule is a hamlet of Chastellux, located between Avallon and Lormes.
