Holiday rentals with beach access in Chalcis

Nice and spacious room with enough amenities and quite clean, very close to the center of Eretria. Georgia's service was very good, direct and with frequent communication.

Dimitra is very good, pleasant and hospitable. The place was clean and the price very reasonable for the location of the house. It is located right in the city center and is all next to walking. I recommend it!!

Absolutely adorable place in the heart of Chalkida. Perfect location, gorgeous beachfront view, and the warmest host you can ever imagine. Kiki made us feel like we are home away from home. The apartment was clean and cosy, with all the essentials and a positive aura. Would definitely recommend Kiki’s apartment !

Very friendly welcome and a lovely apartment. Very noisy, so have earplugs then it is fine. Lots of places to eat and walk along the front. Not much else to do. Ideal for a stop over, as we had.

Not a single problem! Giannis and his mother Mrs.Iris were very responsive and polite and we had absolutely no communication issues for our check in or check out.The apartment was exactly as described and shown in the pictures and we had a very nice long weekend with our daughter. We would definitely come back again especially during the summer months when someone can also take advantage of the sun and the sea that is right in front of you!

Comfortable ,well-maintained and clean apartment! Just 1 minute from the beach of Chalkida! Lots of shops,cafes, and restaurants around! I highly recommend!

We had a great time at the accommodation! Every morning, the beginning of our day was accompanied by the sound of the waves and the stunning view of the sun rising over the sea. The location on the seafront was magical, with incredible views and sunsets that impressed us every day. The house was really beautiful, very comfortable and warm, with all the amenities we needed for a perfect stay. It was impeccably appointed and welcoming, making us feel at home. The quietness of the area was perfect for total relaxation. In particular I would like to mention Evangelia, an amazing woman, very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Despite the house being in a great location, the price was value for Money. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy a relaxing stay by the sea.”

We had a very pleasant and quiet stay. The hosts were very friendly. Questions were answered promptly and competently. Ideal starting point to explore the island. Again, a heartfelt thank you for the welcome wine provided and for the homemade olives.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The host was incredibly warm, welcoming, and super responsive, which made everything so easy and comfortable. The apartment was spotlessly clean, cozy, and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views of the sea and lush greenery. The kitchen was outstanding — fully equipped with everything you could possibly need: toaster, air fryer, kettle, coffee machine, stove, oven, microwave, and fridge, all in excellent condition. We truly felt at home and would 100% love to come back:)

We had a great stay! The house was clean, beautifully set up and in a very quiet location, perfect for relaxing. The host was helpful, always available for anything we needed. The only minor issue we encountered was with the fencing of the space. Because we were traveling with our dog it would have been more convenient if it was safer so we could let him go without worry. However, this did not affect our overall experience, which we enjoyed to the fullest. I'm sure we'll be back and highly recommend it!

We had a simply fantastic time staying at Kostas and Sofia's Calypso Villa. The setting is jaw dropping... every morning I would walk out of the master bedroom and be confronted with the most stunning view, through the wide giant windows of the living room, of the sea and mountains of the mainland behind. The villa is simple but super comfortable. The main living room/kitchen combined with the deck feels huge and with the constant companion of that amazing view. The pool - very cold! - great between sunbathing stints. And our three children - one teen and two tweens - loved the table tennis. We had not been to Evia before and really loved the 'off the beaten track' feel of it, so close to Athens and yet feeling very traditional and rural. Dafni itself has one taverna, above the beach, and there's another in Neotrivia (4-5 minute drive) where we also bought bread each morning from the tiny back street bakery. Sofia and Kostas are super helpful and friendly and we'd love to go back.

We had an unforgettable vacation in Kostas' house in the best October weather. The direct location by the sea and the incredibly beautiful view, the good amenities of the house and the entire ambience ensured a perfect vacation. The house was very clean and we didn't miss anything. It is spacious, nicely decorated and very well equipped. We especially liked the pool and the barbecue corner with stone oven. Communication with Kostas was always very nice. He gave us many great tips. One of the best places we've ever stayed. We will be happy to come back and look forward to next time.

The place is in a great spot, just a short walk to Chalkida’s center, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Perfect for up to three people and totally worth the money. Great choice!”
