The apartment is a studio on the 4th floor. In the bedroom, in addition to the double bed, there is a comfortable double sofa (not a bed), a wall mirror, a large TV and a coffee table. The kitchen has modern cabinets, a table and all the necessary appliances. In the bathroom there is a small bathtub, a washing machine and the necessary accessories. The studio is very close to the beaches of Sykies, Papathanasiou and Kourenti and the stop for the University (Former Technological Educational Institute).

Our house is 22 km away from the city of Chalkida half an hour by car. Athens airport is 115 Km. away, one and a half hours by car. The beach of Politika is only 15 minutes away 11 km. You can buy your food and supplies at Psachna 10 minutes (6 km) from the house. A private pool is also available (min depth 1.2m max depth 2m) A car is necessary. It is also a maximum 10 minutes walk from the main train station that links Athens and the Airport with Chalkida (just 94km/1hr drive). The flat is very secure while building contains lift.

The apartment, fully renovated, is located on the main street of Chaina, in the center of Chalkida. The distance from Kourenti and Papathanasiou beach is just 100 meters away. The nice ouzeries in the city are just below..it is ideal for summer holidays as there is air conditioning and all the necessary utensils you need for a long vacation.. I will be happy to host you!
