A 2 bedroom cottage with private SPA, fully enclosed private garden with direct mountain access from a tranquil, traditional Savoyard hamlet. Everything is included (bedding, towels, firewood, unlimited use of the jacuzzi). 10 min drive to Aillon Margeriaz ski resorts.

Appartement atypique et tranquille (42m² au sous-sol de notre maison). Cuisine ouverte sur un jardin de 700m² avec vue sur le massif des Bauges. Chambre parentale spacieuse. Petit salon convertible en chambre avec canapé-lit 2 places menant à une salle de bains, petite mais fonctionnelle (douche+wc). Situé à 30 min maximum des lacs l'été ( Bourget, Aiguebelette, St André, La Thuile, etc), et des premières pistes de ski l'hiver (La Feclaz, Margeriaz).

Quiet garden studio - secure parking

Independent studio on the ground floor, recent (2023) with bathroom and separate toilet. You can enjoy the 500m2 fenced garden with deckchairs, shaded area for outdoor dining. Here, we love animals and you are welcome with dog, cat, camel. Fully equipped with real bed with comfortable Bultex mattress and full kitchen with fridge, induction, coffee maker and kettle. Bed linen and towels provided. Washing machine for €5, detergent included.

Hello dear guests! Challes-les-Eaux is a small community near Chambéry, prefecture of Savoy. It is a good starting point for hikes, bike rides and other trips in the area. The nearest ski resort "La Feclaz" is half an hour away. In our house we offer a nice vacation home, suitable for up to 4 people and fully equipped with kitchen and bathroom. Quiet cozy studio, separate entrance.

Are you coming to spend the weekend or week to ski, hike or other in our beautiful region? Our pretty studio is for you! It is located in a quiet residential area, near the center of the village, 10 minutes from Chambéry, 25 minutes from the Féclaz resort (cross-country skiing, snowshoeing) and 45 minutes from the 7 Laux (downhill skiing). Highway access 3 minutes away! The studio has amenities for a pleasant stay for two.
