The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a single pull-out sofa, kitchen and bathroom. It has WiFi and is fully equipped, including a washing machine, TV, air conditioning, and Nespresso coffee maker - all just ready for your comfort and enjoyment! The apartment is a studio open space apartment - and it's all yours to enjoy! There are no areas in the apartment that you cannot use or access! We love hosting, but also respect our guests' privacy! We are here for you as much as you would like! Located just off Gran Via in lively buzzing Malasana neighborhood with its great range of authentic cafes, tapas & bars. Huge Zara Primark & Mango are minutes away. Best Madrid sites like Royal Palace, Puerta del Sol & Museums are in walking distance The Central Metro Station Gran Via is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Barco 1, Madrid, just a minute from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station close by. A hosting kit of water, soda, milk, coffee, tea and sweetners will be waiting to welcome you :-)

Moderno y pequeño estudio de 24 m2 ubicado en un edificio clasico madrileño con patio de corrala en pleno barrio de Chamberi, corazón gastro por excelencia. Espacio diáfano, con techos altos que sentirás como un retiro, a escasos 30 metros de la Calle Ponzano, famosa por su oferta gastronómica. Wifi y televisión con plataformas en streaming. Dos líneas de metro, 1 y 7 y varios autobuses. Está muy bien comunicado con todo Madrid. También puedes dar un paseo de 20 min hasta el centro de Madrid.

Dos habitaciones, individual y doble , un living room con un sofa cama muy comodo , dos baños. En uno de los barrios más bonitos de Madrid, Chamberí, al lado del famoso barrio de Moncloa. Muy cerca del centro, pero con el silencio y la tranquilidad . Rodeado de restaurantes, cafés, bares y tiendas. Is a penthouse, has a tinny bathroom, separate small kitchen, quite big bedroom with 1,35 x 1 90 size bed, small living room with sofa & terrace. Is spotless, tidy, freshly painted with good maintenance. It has been renovated in August 2023. Very cosy, bright, good energy, quiet and very simply place.
