Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. It is independent of the house and opens onto a large garden where you can rest and have lunch while listening to the sound of the fountain and stream. The cottage has three beautiful bedrooms of 28, 30 and 15 m2 with private bathrooms, a large living room and a kitchen.

Accessible for 2 nights or more, with family or friends to relax or just enjoy the area. It has a bedroom with large windows accessing a terrace that gives magnificent views of the Champagne and Epernay vineyards. It is a fully equipped modern house with ground floor and two floors.

Located 10 minutes from Reims, our apartment is composed of a large living room with equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with sofa bed, TV (flat screen) and Wi-Fi. A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with separate toilet. In addition, you benefit from secure parking (vehicle and bike) inside our property. For health and allergy reasons, no pets are allowed in this home.
