You'll love my place for its comfort and calm. It is perfect for couples, solo and business travelers. With its independent kitchen and office, it is suitable for remote working and long-term stays. This is the top floor of our house where you will be independent (common entrance). My house is close to the train station, the city center, access to the Nancy Metz and Nancy Paris highways, very close to the faculties of literature and law and the conservatory.

Independent entrance, equipped kitchen, bedroom with sofa bed, toilet and shower room, relaxation and dining area in the garden, parking. Bus line 300 meters to reach the heart of the Ducal city, Nancy and its magnificent Place Stanislas, its old town in 10 minutes.

My place is perfect for couples, solo and business travelers. It is located in a very quiet place ( it is almost the countryside to the city) 20 minutes walk from Nancy train station and 5 minutes from a bus stop. This is a very green spot in the middle of the gardens. On the other hand, it is located on a trail and does not have direct access to the house by car. It is necessary to walk 50 m on the path.

Bedroom for 4 people and shower

Independent room in a local home with a separate entrance. You will find two double beds, including a 160cm bed, as well as a microwave, a fridge, a coffee maker, a kettle, a small refrigerator and an assortment of dishes. Ability to park large vehicles.
