Very quiet environment by the river for this pretty old renovated house with fenced parking and 1700 m2 plot. Ideally located 5 km from Château du Rivau, 7 km from Richelieu, 15 km from Chinon, between the Loire Castles, wine route and Futuroscope. We are a few meters from the Richelieu - Chinon greenway (bicycle). And 8 km from Île Bouchard for its pilgrimage. The gîte is also suitable for motorcycles :) Rental from Saturday to Saturday during the summer (thank you)

In a set of 300 m2, the studio, located on the left, has independent access. There is a stylish and central home, with full kitchen. Dating back to the 17th century, the studio is the oldest part of the house with its remarkable fireplace. Be sure to visit our garden in the beautiful Allée des Paradis, a 5-minute walk away.
