Very quiet environment by the river for this pretty old renovated house with fenced parking and 1700 m2 plot. Ideally located 5 km from Château du Rivau, 7 km from Richelieu, 15 km from Chinon, between the Loire Castles, wine route and Futuroscope. We are a few meters from the Richelieu - Chinon greenway (bicycle). And 8 km from Île Bouchard for its pilgrimage. In a set of 300 m2, the studio, located on the left, has independent access. There is a stylish and central home, with full kitchen. Dating back to the 17th century, the studio is the oldest part of the house with its remarkable fireplace. Be sure to visit our garden in the beautiful Allée des Paradis, a 5-minute walk away. You are also welcome in Richelieu at Fossé Saint Ange:our semi-gastronomic restaurant, recently distinguished in the Michelin guide.

The Enchanted Hive

Come and discover a unique experience in a natural setting, in the heart of the historic sites of Touraine and its vineyards. You can discover the nature surrounding the cottage, on a property classified as an LPO (Bird Protection League) refuge and bordered by a river. Jean-Pierre, a beekeeper, will offer you an activity to discover the world of bees with your family. Gwénaëlle, a canine behaviorist, will be available for you and your dog if you wish.
