The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the ‘Trois Pignons’ forest, a well-known destination for climbing (bouldering), hiking, and horseback riding. A 10-minute drive takes you to the town of Milly-la-Forêt, which has exceptional bakeries, cheese / wine shops, and a famous market. A 20-minute drive takes you to other historical villages and castles, including Fontainebleau.

A hiking trail runs along the property and allows hours of hiking away from civilization! A second 5-person cottage on the grounds shares the children's playground.

Former outbuilding of the Château de Malesherbes which supplied bread via a secret passage... Well, since then, unfortunately, the secret passage has been blocked and has become our cellar... We are located on a great hiking trail close to the Buthiers forest. You can rock in the hammock after hiking, climbing or cycling...
