Located in the center of Montjean-sur-Loire, 100 m from the Loire, this former fisherman's house, beautifully restored in 2022, offers all the comforts for a pleasant stay with family. On the Eurovelo 6 and Loire bike paths, this accommodation is open to everyone. The cottage is 200 m from Cap Loire, 150 m from the tourist office and 1 km from the Fief des Cordeliers and the Delaunay estate.

Il est également constitué d’un parking privatif ainsi que d’un extérieur donnant sur la vallée de la Loire. Nous sommes situé en haut de la course de côte qui se déroule 2fois par an à la Pommeraye, à 25min d’Angers, à 30min de Terra Botanica, à 1h du Puy du Fou et 1h de Nantes.
