The 95 m2 house with upstairs bedrooms can accommodate 8 people. Parking is available in front of the house. The house is equipped with fiber optic internet. Completely renovated, Le Cozy will seduce you with its warm atmosphere and its neat decoration. The beds will be made on arrival, a welcome tray will await you.

Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, you can shine according to your desires (taste, flea markets, hikes, sports, spa...). Accommodation capacity: 9 adults, 1 child and 3 babies (extra bed and 3 cot beds available on request).

Ideally located in the Perche hills, 10 km from Nogent-le-Rotrou and a few km from Thiron-Gardais and the Collège Militaire Stéphane Bern.

Treehouse, 1 hour 15 minutes by train from Paris

A car will collect you from PARIS MONTPARNASSE at 1:15 pm. We are 10 minutes from COURVILLE-SUR-EURE train station. Do you want nature, wellness and relaxation without going too far? We offer a getaway 1h30 from Paris, in our duplex wooden cabin, perched in the trees, between 5 and 8 meters high, above a small pond. You will be in a quiet and relaxing environment, will have no vis-à-vis, for a total disconnection in the heart of nature.

This waterfront cabin surrounded by other fishermen's cabins is entirely made of wood. It is completely energy self-sufficient by solar panels for 1 to 4 people and will allow you to reconnect with nature or with yourself... It includes the living room, water view with a sofa bed, a wood stove, a sink with drinking water and cold only, a gas stove, a shower (pressure shower system), a dry toilet, a mezzanine with a 160 bed.

Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a rejuvenating experience. From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.
