Located within the historic complex of Teguise, (Lanzarote's former capital and current cultural centre of the island) this charming, artistic, late nineteenth century courtyard-house, has been thoughtfully renovated preserving its original architectural features, combining tradition and modernity. The thick volcanic walls, terracotta floors and timber ceilings create a backdrop whereby natural light, colours, textures and works of art form a series of unique spaces.

Two wooden lounge chairs are positioned on a sunlit terrace. A clear glass railing offers unobstructed views of palm trees and the ocean beyond. Planters with greenery surround the area, creating an inviting space for relaxation.

With windows all all sides you will be immerse into Famara ocean and Famara cliff. Inside and outside merge in this loft bathed with light from dawn to sunset. The 360 views are exceptional from the inside and unique from the outside. Ideal to unwind, relax, be touched by nature and the elements. Very well located in a residential area: 5 minutes from the beach on foot and next to the Deiland shopping center with restaurants, supermarket, cinema and shops. Easy parking. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with a smart TV, a terrace with a BBQ, a fan, a washing machine, a kettle, sheets, towels, beach towels, WiFi, Netflix and HBO. Crib and/or railing option. New mattress.

The country house is surrounded by mature palm trees, with a backdrop of rolling hills. The white exterior contrasts with the natural landscape, and large windows reflect the bright sky. A driveway leads up to the garage, providing easy access to the property.

We have a heated pool which is always held to 29 degrees minimum.
