At the foot of the bishopric, 5 minutes from the city center and Chartres Cathedral, 10 minutes' walk from the train station. The apartment is located in the historic old Chartres district on the banks of the Eure, highly prized by the people of Chartres. There are parking lots for your car at the foot of the building.

Ideally located at the gates of Châteaudun on the way to Santiago de Compostela without detours, a perfect stop on the Loir bike route and accessible to people with reduced mobility, it offers a small garden with terrace where you can eat your meals, as well as access to my land on the banks of the Loir (not PRM), which I will be happy to share!

At the foot of the Colosseum, discover our beautiful apartment , completely tastefully remodeled. Very bright, fully equipped, comfortable. Living room equipped with a very good sofa bed, TV ,wifi. An unclosed sleeping area overlooking the kitchen. Small private garden with its table and chairs where you can relax. Kitchen equipped with induction plate, washer dryer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge. Bathroom with shower, towel dryer and hair dryer.
