In the heart of the Cévennes in a quiet hamlet, where an old chestnut smokehouse has been rehabilitated into a cottage, it is ideal for recharging your batteries and having a good time in complete tranquility. This cottage is composed on the ground floor of a living room with equipped kitchen and sofa lounge, 1 bathroom with toilet. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms including 1 with sauna. You can discover small streams near the cottage in the middle of nature. Outdoor Jacuzzi Non-potable water/!\ No network but WiFi available

Take a short walk at dawn in the garrigue. Bread on foot at the small hamlet grocery store. Coffee in the square, listening to the singing accent of the South. You will then visit the wonderful Chauvet Cave, classified by UNESCO. On the way back, HOT TUB, micro-pool or infrared sauna and why not all 3! The next day, ideal time to descend the gorges of the Ardèche by canoe and then aperitif from local producers on the terrace, on the edge of cedars and lavender. As a couple, what happiness at Carpe Diem!

This former magnanerie has fully restored with taste, vibe and character combining style contemporary and old (walkway in glass, exposed stones...). Big south west facing terrace. Living room with kitchen area and seating area, shower room with Italian shower, toilet. The indoor relaxation area (28°C swimming pool and sauna) will be private 24/7. Reversible air conditioning and wood-burning stove. Electric vehicle charging station if necessary. School holidays check in and check out on Saturday

The Key to the Hamlet of Le Pouget

Le Pouget is located in the heart of the Cevennes National Park, it's a hamlet of old stone restored over the years. His last ruin was La Clède, who is now finished and offers you a magnificent little nest. Restoration completed in 2020. Since 2018, Le Pouget has been welcoming a small farm with terraces of gardening, a few sheep and some chicken, that makes the environment lively even though you have the feeling of being "at the end of the world".

Spacious, comfortable, quiet wooden cottage amongst trees, splendid view. Walking distance 100 m by a slightly sloping path in places (approx. 1 min). City water, shower, toilet. Swimming pool, wooden terrace. Spa or sauna: €20 (+€10 from Nov to April) for 1 hour for 2 people, on large wooded grounds. Please note, no HOT TUB if water <10°. Consult us first. Towels/bathrobes available for spa & sauna. Breakfast and drink options. Reasonable rates.
