Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Châteauneuf-Grasse

We have just returned from a lovely 3 night stay in Raphaël's apartment. It was very spacious and well presented. The patio had breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside to the sea. The property was in a very peaceful rural setting but still within a short walk from the nearest bus stops into Nice. Raphaël was a charming host who was very attentive. His communication throughout was very good. We would definitely like to return. Many thanks from the Rawles family.

We had a great time. Great view over the bay. Lots of sun while drinking coffee in the morning. Spacious apartment for 4 persons. Host very nice.

This is a hidden gem in Cannes. I have stayed here twice now as it’s the perfect size and location for me when I attend a conference at the Palais. It is walkable to everything and is so safe and cozy. Silvia goes above and beyond as well. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Accommodation identical to the photos, ideal quiet location while being close to the tram and about twenty minutes walk from the Promenade des Anglais. It is still difficult to park but a paid parking " Jeanne d 'Arc" is a 5-minute walk away and very secure. The space could be a bit warmer with a more modern decor. Our stay went very well. We will be sure to return for a future stay in Nice.

We had a great time in the apartment and the couch is very comfortable. The room at the top is not suitable for people who measure more than 1.70 and there is no velux window but just a vasistas. Cooking utensils are missing, such as spatulas, kitchen knives, thrifty etc.

Sally is an amazing host, the apartment is stunning, and it's in my favorite location. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, and the apartment feels like home. Everything was absolutely perfect, 100% recommended!

Excellent stay A stone's throw from Monaco and the train station, close to a supermarket. The place is exactly as described and very pleasant! Luckily there were the fans as it was very hot. And small problem to park the car but covered parking nearby certainly for a fee. But very pleasant stay and Raul is very responsive and his explanations for check-in are very clear and his welcome very pleasant with fresh water and coffee.

I’ve stayed at a lot of places and this is at the top of the list. Like new inside and very comfortable. Large patio to take in the sun. Nadine was the perfect host and met us upon arrival.

small house just at the entrance of the village on 3 levels. parking 50 meters away, very quiet, small shops in the village square 100 meters away. small terrace overlooking the Jabron Valley.

Thank you to Christiane and René for their very warm welcome and availability. I had a great stay in the well appointed studio, unfortunately the weather was not there to enjoy the pool. Very well located accommodation, close to the center of Saint Vallier de Thiey, quiet. I'll be back sometime!

Picture perfect and simply magic! The accommodation was warm, comfortable, and the balcony was ideal for enjoying the morning sun. The host was kind, helpful, and respectful of our privacy. A lovely family who even offered us a lift to a must-see destination—such a thoughtful and memorable touch.

We had a pleasant weekend at the hotel restaurant Bellevue Ideally located for hiking departures Very clean accommodation with lovely mountain views, quiet place ideal for relaxing and host available and welcoming A big plus for breakfast and lunch at the very hearty and qualitative restaurant ☺️ Only small downside for us: the bedding we found a little hard but everything else was perfect Recommended without hesitation

large apartment located in the center of Cannes, next to Cannes. parking and secure access. punctual, responsive and helpful host. the kitchen and the two bathrooms have just been redone, which is very nice. we had a lovely stay. We recommend it!

The accommodation is very well located, we were by public transport, and everything is easily accessible. The apartment is very nice, clean, well located and offers everything you need for the break, regardless if short or longer!! Allocated parking few steps away and feel-safe due to enclosed type property goes a long way. If we are down south in the future will definitely use again. We had a lovely stay at Lena's. The apartment is impeccable, the balcony view is superb. Being able to park the car in the residence's free private parking lot is a big plus. We will come back without hesitation!
