Spacious apt with exceptional view

Beautiful flat of 110m2 with two bedrooms, a private garden, terrace and spacious veranda. It also has a large living room and a beautiful dining room/kitchen. The place is tastefully decorated. The view is panoramic on the lake and the mountains. The entrance to the A9 motorway is 3 minutes away. Many walks in the Lavaux vineyards are possible directly from the house. 5 minutes away from the beach of Rivaz (Lake Geneva) and 30 minutes from the mountains!

Exceptional apartment with panoramic views of Lake Geneva and the surrounding mountains. Without a vis-à-vis, it will seduce you with the surrounding greenery and calm. The apartment is located in a residential area on the heights of Thonon-les-Bains overlooking the city center. In winter, it is possible to leave the chalet on skis to reach the bus stop towards Morzine or Avoriaz via free shuttles (stop close to the chalet). You can ski back from Avoriaz. Hiking trails from the chalet are accessible. Ideal for 2–3 people.
