Beautiful chalet for 15 people on 2 floors of 160 m2. It is located 700 m from the center of Châtel as well as the Super Châtel cable car and 200 m from a bus stop. Full south exposure! On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room giving access to a balcony with outdoor dining area. A master bedroom with shower. Upstairs, a second living room with sofa bed, 1 bathroom, 3 bedrooms including 2 with shower room. 2 outdoor parking spaces and 1 covered.

"Summer Multipass" in the chalet (to do the activities for free) A lovely little two-storey chalet that includes an entrance with storage, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with a lounge area and a wood-burning stove, all leading to a south-facing balcony. A toilet and a bathroom. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms and a WC. The first bedroom has 1 king-size bed, and the other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds. All 3 have storage space and access to a balcony.

"Savoya Lodges" Hamlet Accommodating up to 7 people, Explora is a charming 70m2 chalet for family and friends Access to a large terrace for dining under the stars and breakfast facing the forest, the charm of the wood, the comfort and services of a hotel in the middle of nature, without the promiscuity of the neighbor. Room 3 is a mezzanine overlooking the living room, under the roofs. The ceiling is therefore very low and it is accessible by a miller's ladder.

Chalet 8 people, magnificent view

When we sought to realize our 30-year-old dream of having a pied-à-terre in the mountains, and we visited this chalet, we instantly felt at home and conquered by the magnificent and panoramic view it offers. Access may seem a bit "complicated" at first (70 steps)... During our first visit before the purchase, it seemed "too much" but, once inside, the inconvenience was swept away in 3 seconds!
