House, classified as 3* furnished tourist accommodation, located in the golden triangle of Chatelaillon Plage, in the center, 400 m from the beach, 50 m from the covered market (halles), 50 m from shops, bakery, supermarket, pharmacy... You can do anything on foot and forget about the car during the vacation. The house has two bedrooms, one with a bunk bed, and one with a 160 bed, a terrace not overlooked at the back of the house (garden furniture) and a courtyard in front of the house to store bicycles.

Perfectly located house opposite Saint-Jean des Sables beach and close to the large Châtelaillon beach. This pretty house has been tastefully decorated. Very well equipped, functional and of quality, this house is an ideal place for your vacation. A jacuzzi is available for your use all year long on the terrace. Two beautiful bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. A nice relaxation area. The cycling routes are at the foot of the accommodation. Vélodyssée. Air conditioning in the accommodation.

La Dune house 80 m from the beach

Our family home is located in the small village of La Menounière in the municipality of St Pierre d'Oléron. Between vineyards and the ocean, in a green setting, 80 m from the beach and the bike path, the location is perfect for a total change of scenery. 3 km from La Cotinière and its pretty fishing port, find all amenities, shops, restaurants, ice cream shops etc… In summer, a free beach shuttle also runs at the end of the street.
