La Dune house 80 m from the beach

Our family home is located in the small village of La Menounière in the municipality of St Pierre d'Oléron. Between vineyards and the ocean, in a green setting, 80 m from the beach and the bike path, the location is perfect for a total change of scenery. 3 km from La Cotinière and its pretty fishing port, find all amenities, shops, restaurants, ice cream shops etc… In summer, a free beach shuttle also runs at the end of the street.

A living area is presented with a dark sofa adorned with patterned cushions. A white coffee table occupies the center, reflecting light from a large mirror positioned above. Two lamps provide soft illumination, and a wooden table sits against the wall, enhancing the room's functionality.
