Pleasant independent cosy 2-room apartment located between countryside and sea. New housing unit of 38 m2 rented in 2022. Perfectly equipped enjoy a relaxing accommodation. No smoking allowed It is located in a village where you will find a caterer, bakery, tobacco bar and 2 pizzeria. If you want to spend a peaceful time, this place is for you. Easily accessible from the La Rochelle ring road, it is located just a 10-minute drive from the beaches, and close to bus line 19 that will take you to the center of La Rochelle. Free outdoor parking is available in front of the accommodation. You will be quiet in this fully equipped studio. The big plus is an outdoor relaxation area.

Independent stone cottage in Villedoux

Old house of 55 m², completely restored 12 km from La Rochelle, 7 minutes from the ocean, overlooking a large garden with heated pool (mid-May/end of September). Meals can be enjoyed on the south-facing terrace. The cottage is located at the back of our garden but completely independent of our house. The cottage is rated 3 stars by the Charentes-Tourisme organization.
