The house is located in a small atypical village of Touraine with local shops within a 2-minute walk (bar/restaurant, bakery, grocery store, etc.) This house with cocooning tones is located 20 minutes from Châtellerault, 10 minutes from Richelieu, 30 minutes from Futuroscope, 30 minutes from Chinon, 35 minutes from Center Parcs, 35 minutes from the spa town of La Roche-Posay, close to the Châteaux of the Loire Valley.

Chalet Nature

Voici mon chalet, au coeur du vignoble chinonais et avec la foret domaniale dans le dos. Ce chalet vous ravira par son calme et sa proximité avec les chateaux de la loire (Azay le rideau 10mn, et Chinon a 12 mn). Depart direct du chalet pour randonnée dans la foret et caves vigneronnes! Ce chalet de 30m2 se compose d une cuisine, salle de bain, salon (avec canapé convertible) et d'une mezzanine avec matelas de 1m90*1m40. Les draps sont non fournis. L'entrée se fait de manière autonome.
