A Kaßberg gem with stucco and oak parquet: this quiet, bright, 100 sqm spacious apartment with living room, kitchen-living room, bedroom with balcony to the courtyard is ideally located to explore the beautiful Art Nouveau district. Around the corner there are several cafes, small shops, an outstanding good bookstore, flower shops, drugstore, organic shop and a grocery store. The city center can be reached in 20 minutes on foot or 8 minutes by bus, stop at the nearest street corner.

The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box-spring bed, a single bed and a large wardrobe.
