17th Century French Rural farmhouse set within an acre of land, nestled besides the Petite Creuse river in central France. The house has 2 large bedrooms, 1 bathroom/shower, 2 toilets, open plan lounge and kitchen plus a garden room that leads out to a large patio & separate firepit area. Surrounded by beautiful countryside, rivers, lakes and quaint villages. The house is in a sleepy hamlet at the end of a no through lane. A truly relaxing place to unwind. A large terrace overlooks a 1500 m2 enclosed garden where we leave a large part to the development of biodiversity. Julnette and Patrick, who live right across the street, will give you the best welcome.

This small house is located 5 minutes from the A20, 10 km from Argenton-sur-Creuse, 10 km from Saint-Benoît-du-Sault, 14 km from Eguzon: you can easily discover this beautiful region. Please note, the house does not have Wi-Fi and the phone network is not very good: you will therefore be forced to relax, rest and enjoy nature! In winter, heating is only by wood-burning stove. You can sit in the armchairs, nice and warm.
