Located in the center of the village of Chens-sur-Léman, this nice family house is close to all amenities : mini-market, pharmacy, tabac/press office, post office, etc. The beach of Tougues is at 12 min walking distance and the one of Beauregard at 6 min. A few minutes by car are enough to reach the Swiss customs of Hermance, and about 20 min to reach the center of Geneva. The “Chens-sur-Léman Mairie” stop on the J and 271 bus line heading toward Geneva is 200 meters away.
