The whole experience from enter to exit was really amazing. We stayed in villa 20C for one night. The care taker Mr. Prem was very hospitable and took great care. Mr. Maqbool the manager was very warm , explained all about the property and made our check in and check out super smooth. The views are amazing. Property has a beautiful club house, coffe place, wood fired pizza, amazing in house food, pool, tt, kids room and what not. Highly recommended and great for family or friends. Five stars well deserved.

Pine basera is a beautiful villa, it is very clean and maintained really well. Anshul proactively helped us with everything during our stay. Anshul, his cook and caretaker make a very warm team who make sure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Finally, the views from the property are just breathtaking and they made our stay really memorable.

One of the best Airbnbs of all times! The location is great and approachable. The views are a great mix of forest, valley, orchard and hills. The property is clean and well planned. The appliances are new and the furniture and beds are comfortable. The food was simple, home cooked and we also tried local Himachali food with oh so delicious desi ghee. Above all the host(s) are amazing. Right from the time of booking Sachin was jn touch with us and guided us properly. As soon as we arrived we felt at home in this beautiful an and practically designed abode. The entire family was lovely and ever so welcoming. Sachin and his wife Parul were the perfect companions and guides through local attractions. They took us for cherry and apricot picking, showed us around the village, took us for a picnic at the lake and also took us to a local fair which was so much fun. They were really responsive and accommodating. We got to see and be a part of HP culture too. We will definitely go back soon.

The place is an absolute gem, a perfect blend of customer service ,hospitality and facility management.The views, the care takers and the cooks were great to interact with and the hosts made sure that everything was perfect .The views from the place were an absolute bliss along with the amenities and the insides of the house which were perfectly aligned with the idea of a perfect stay. Humble homestay was a gem that I found. Coming from Mumbai, I wanted a place that is quiet and has nature all around while having the basic amenities that one needs. I was mesmerised by the view outside the balcony. Spent hours just staring at the distant mountains The House : Exactly as described. Clean, spacious and having all the amenities as described including a small fridge. I loved making my own food in the kitchen. The Area: Its beautiful. The walk down the road is so picturesque that I used to wake up everyday & take a walk first thing (which is so unlike me). The surroundings would heal me everyday. You can see nature everywhere - birds, clouds, trees and ofcourse the majestic mountains. The area is very calm , peaceful and quite but it also has the basic requirements: shops, medical store, restaurents and the bus-stop within 2 minutes of walk. There is also a small gym closeby. Hosts: Tashi aunty and Gagan are very helpful and friendly. I can't recommend them enough

This place felt like home and we loved the bonfire in such pleasant setting. The food was amazing. I have good memories from this place. The hosts were amazing, very kind people. Would love to visit again.

The location of the place could not have been better - right in the heart of Kasauli, facing the iconic Church. airbnb shows the location a little off the actual place, but the directions given by Mr Rajender and Mr Rajesh were dot on. The rooms were neat and clean. Rajesh Sharma ji was very helpful in guiding and arranging things when needed. He has thorough knowledge about the town.

Great and responsible host. Place is too calm to visit. Host is friendly caring. Food was simple and tasty Scarf as .Token of respect was given by host.Planning again to visit during February to enjoy snow fall.

peaceful place with really good staff, the view was amazing specially @night. the rooms was good some water issues in the bathrooms however it was sorted in 30 mins. i really like the place. definately recommend if you need quiet n peaceful environment you should definitely visit.

So if u r looking for a silent and peaceful place yes it is the one for u. All amenities mentioned were present there. Night view from the place was Superb. Pro e and stay compliments each other. Best part is the Host Mrs. Meera she is been a wonderful host ... frankly speaking the best BnB host experience till date . She was present every minute. She was genuine, and it was clear that she loves hosting people . The point we entered till the checkout she was like helping us in every point . We were starving so she made pakora and tea for us . Any time we were calling her for any thing it was present to us in a blink . She was guiding us for every spot of shimla like where we can go how we can go mean it was like she want like we shouldn't miss any spot at shimla. Over all great experience whether it's regarding stay and Meera mam and family are superb people giving family vibes to guests. Definitely recommended to all.

A beautiful place with beautiful surroundings. Had everything one can ask for. Our dogs loved it too. A perfect offbeat like place within the middle of the city.
