Great location! Great shower! Very comfortable bed! The only small issue was that I was told there would be a keurig but there wasn't, but Benson took care of that super quickly. Great place!!

Had a wonderful visit with our daughter who attends ETSU. This was in a perfect location and close to everything. This unit had everything we needed and more. It was super quiet, cozy and clean. We loved our stay and hope to visit again soon.

We LOVED staying at Mary’s place! She was very responsive and friendly and our kids loved the toys provided. The house was in a perfect location, close to everything but still a nice yard for days spent at home. House was clean and well stocked. We were there on a work assignment and truly enjoyed our stay.

Great stay. Very easy to access. As pictured but it is a quirky little place. I think I saw it that way because it is a split unit and the loft somehow seemed like an add-on but also older than the rest of the place. Ha! The loft is a bit creaky, but wasn’t a bother. There is a train you can hear, but again, it wasn’t a bother. The only thing we found lacking was a decent size pot for cooking. There were two very small ones and pieces to a steaming set, but nothing we could use for our needs. It wasn’t that big of a deal, so no stars lost. I loved that it was a simple check-in. I hate when you can’t figure out the location, the lock or key box is hidden, the code/lock is complicated- lots can happen. This lock was completely easy to use and the entry had motion sensor lights. Very open and inviting. Very quiet, safe, family oriented neighborhood. Would stay again.
