You will discover its magnificent monumental fireplace and you will fall in love with this authentic building, steeped in history with all modern comforts in the heart of a beautiful 3-hectare park with its pond just a 15-minute walk from the historic center or 3 minutes by free bus.

Enjoy with family and friends this fabulous, pleasant and bright accommodation, located on the bay between Cancale and Mont-Saint-Michel, 20 km from the center of Saint-Malo. Come and discover shore fishing with its starting point just 100 m away. You will find a large basement to put your bikes in, in order to enjoy the greenway at the foot of the house. Enjoy a beautiful view of the shore as well as a large enclosed garden accompanied by a covered south-facing terrace and BBQ.

On the ground floor, main room with equipped kitchen, dining table, sofa, TV, separate toilet. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms and the shower room. Access to the shared garden through the garage behind the house. Parking is available in front of the house. We live right next door.

Close to the center and a 5-minute walk from the beach, the accommodation is on the 2nd floor (under roof). It consists of a living room with a kitchenette, an independent bedroom, and a bathroom. Quite quiet, central passage (lots of commerce nearby) and very little noise. It can be for hikers and admirers, the starting point for hiking excursions by the sea (GR34 towards Pointe du Grouin or towards the bay of Mont St Michel).

Our SPA cottage is located near Mont Saint-Michel, Cancale and Saint-Malo. The nearest city center is Dol de Bretagne, 5 minutes away. The SPA is optional, it includes a jacuzzi, sauna and hammam. The accommodation is accessible for people with limited mobility. The cottage is composed of 3 independent houses, surrounded by nature. La Nacre is the house on the right in the cover photo.

It is in the centre of a very small village which has a bakery, small convenience shop, cafes and restaurants. It is a short walk to the beach.
