The Domaine Gueguen House is a two bedrooms two bath located 7 minutes from the Chablis, in the middle of chablis vineyard, north Burgundy. This is a place for dreamers to reset, reflect, and create. relaxing in the pool surrounded by chablis vines and a Sun sets starry night sky. We offer tasting of wines from our estate. Warning: Not suitable for the elderly: spiral staircase, difficult to access. The pool is available from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. The swimming pool is shared with the owners

Relax in this quiet and elegant accommodation located on the edge of the Caillotte with a view of the Canal Bridge. Located on the 2nd floor of a building, it consists of two bright and cozy bedrooms, a warm living room, an equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with toilet. A laundry room on the ground floor consists of a washing machine with a location for your bikes. You access the accommodation with a key box that is located towards the door of the accommodation.

A few kilometers from Toucy and its market but also not far from Auxerre, the medieval site of Guedelon or the Château de St-Fargeau, it is the perfect place to disconnect for a weekend or more. A haven of tranquillity in the middle of a plot of over 3000 m2 where our chickens roam freely (not visible in winter and in bad weather) We are located 400 metres from the Cistercian Abbey. Possibility to rent electric bikes on stands for very nice rides in the countryside, the forest and the vineyard. We offer a romantic decoration with champagne at an additional cost.

In the heart of downtown Saint Florentin, our fully renovated and cozy decorated house, our small outdoor space is a real plus to enjoy the sunny days, you will have two bedrooms with two shower rooms and 3 toilets, 2 double beds in 160 for your best comfort, a fully equipped kitchen, a table for 4 people and a Tassimo for coffee. Air conditioning has been added to the upstairs bedroom to improve comfort during hot weather.

L'Oustau de Peyre, house in the heart of Chablis

This typical Burgundian stone building completely renovated in 2024 located in the heart of Chablis offers absolute calm. With a surface area of 80 m2, it is spacious, warm and comfortable and has a charming outdoor space. This house is ideal in any season, both to recharge your batteries but also to visit Chablis. All shops, restaurants, cellars and estates are within walking distance.

La cuisine est équipée d'une magnifique cuisinière de "chef". II y a plein de sites exceptionnels à proximité comme Vézelay, Chablis ou Noyers. Si vous aimez l'authentique, la gastronomie et la tranquillité cette maison est pour vous.

The Lodge

On the ground floor, a very bright 60 m² lodge, with all modern comforts, in the heart of nature and in a peaceful setting. You can make the most of the hanging bed. Large windows give you a view of the pond with its fountain in summer. Its entirely hand-crafted corded wood wall is exceptionally charming. Separate from my home, the Lodge is set in lush green surroundings.
