Monthly Rentals in Chickahominy River

This was my first time going as a single guest and checking into a room. I was nervous due to me having a late arrival time - I didn't want to inconvenience anyone. The host was so warm and welcoming, very responsive and accommodating for my arrival. The room was so cozy and the rest of the house was too. Also, I love the two cute little dogs, they also made me feel right at home. I don't think I could have asked for a better situation! Thank you so much!

I stayed at Mr Jim place for 4 months. nice room with good size walk in Closet. Dedicated bathroom. lot of parking spaces. Quiet neighborhood. Mr Jim and his son were friendly. Good communication. Acceptable monthly price for long term stays.

Lauren was so responsive, and accepted my late booking after I decided to bail on a bad hotel stay! The bathroom was well stocked with extras, and if you're a picky sleeper like me, you'll appreciate having a bedroom fan 🙌🏼Absolutely will stay again!

The place was great for our 8 night stay and great size for 2 people. Enough space to move around, watch TV, make some snacks and get a good nights sleep. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Would recommend to others looking for a spot in this area and may be back ourselves.
